Change comes from learning to pay closer attention to your feelings, sensations, thoughts, and impulses. By using the skills we develop in session, you can experience yourself, your struggles, and your life in a more empowered way. This brings a greater sense of awareness, agency, and choice.

Using your new insights, knowledge, and capabilities, you can make effective decisions about where you want to go next. You then have the resources and resilience to follow through and create the change you want to manifest.

Shadow work
bringing hidden parts into light

Sometimes the hardest parts of our experience are the ones we pushed out of sight—feelings, impulses, memories and beliefs that once felt “too much” or not allowed. Shadow work is a gentle way of meeting these hidden parts with curiosity instead of judgment.

 

Together, we explore how they show up in your body, your relationships and your beliefs, so they become something you can understand and work with rather than be hijacked by. This creates more room for choice, self‑respect and genuine change.
